Searching for the Kempner Diet?

Over the last few weeks, this site has been getting a few visitors here and there who are looking for the “Kempner Diet.” Purely because of my name being on this blog, combined with the word “diet” being used in this post about Goldfish crackers, search engines have indexed this site in such a way where people who are typing in “Kempner Diet” without the quotes are showing up here, depending on which service they use. If you happen to be looking for information on the Kempner Diet, you can head on over to this site for some good background. As for the diet of Michael Kempner, I’m a firm believer in portion control, unless the food tastes really good, then all bets are off.

One of the more interesting facts about having a blog is the search engine optimization effects that it has. Hopefully, your blog – or mine – is relevant for the topics most appropriate, or timely, as we would like. But every so often something like this comes about that adds some fun to the mix.
