Mel Gibson shows his true colors

This week's drunken driving episode revealed what we have all suspected for a long time...Mel Gibson is both a hypocrite and an anti-Semite. To begin, Gibson is the son of an unapologetic and vocal Jew hater and Holocaust revisionist whose disgusting opinions were spotlighted during the run up to Gibson's Passion of the Christ. While no child should be accountable for the mad ravings of his parent, at no time did Gibson disavow the rantings of his father. This, combined with the anti-Semitic attitude of his blockbuster movie, had left many to wonder what his true feelings were about Jews. Now, we know for sure that the apple has not fallen far from the tree...Gibson is a true Jew hater...full of malice and ignorance.

And he is not just a Jew hater, but a total hypocrite. A true man of faith (which he professes to be), would not abuse alcohol, would not spew hate and would not profit from creating films (and tasteful souvenirs like crucifixion nail necklaces) intended to exploit people's religion and promote further intolerance.

We now know what Gibson is about...a self serving bigot, an exploiter of religion for his own financial gain and an anti-Semite of the highest order.
